Understanding Deepens Knowledge

Only when you stand under a person will you be able to know him better than when you stand on top of him. Understanding a person provides greater insights to be able to deal with him better. Likewise a person needs to be understood more than to be acknowledged in order to be accepted for who he is and what he represents.
