Problems Necessitate Changes

  • There will always be darkness and problems without which there shall be no life. These provide the constant challenges that life has to face on a daily bases. It is life’s survival that evolution of ideas and progress are made that keep changing to improve and sustain life. There is no choice or alternative but to learn, adapt and change in order to live with the ever changing times.

A retiree I have been active serving many organisations such as Past President of a local Lions Club and Toastmasters Club. A grassroots leader serving the Citizens’ Consultative Committee earning a Long Service Award. Was President of the Insurance Institute of Singapore before retiring in 2008. Appointed by the Ministry of Education and served as Chairman of two Secondary Schools’ Advisory Committees for 15 years.
