Apologise only when a wrong is done otherwise it has no meaning. Bravery does not come from forgiveness but at least it releases the pain from the heart. Forgetting wrong doings is impossible as pain is an unforgettable stain. Forgive and forget is difficult to accept but once done freedom begets.
