Life without burdens is unreal. All burdens when resolved carry experiences that can be used to enlighten future problems. This cycle of life is inescapable for progress.

When there is freedom to do what we like, there exists the question of ethics and legality. Freedom is not a blank cheque but the right to do what is right. Freedom offers happiness but it does not necessarily come from freedom of speech, deeds and actions.

Nobody can ever enjoy Peace of Mind if the heart is unhappy and the body and soul is not grateful for just being alive. Happiness is self created and by adopting a positive attitude towards all events that happened to and around us.
